Welcome to S&L Handyman Services LLC. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
S&L Handyman Services LLC provides residential and commercial handyman services, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, installations, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and other general handyman work. All services are subject to availability.
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Prices may change if additional labor, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any significant changes will be discussed with the customer before additional work is completed.
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to arrive on time, weather, traffic, emergencies, or previous jobs may cause delays. Customers will be notified of significant scheduling changes whenever possible.
Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We reserve the right to require deposits for larger projects or special-order materials.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available when required.
Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area before work begins.
Inform us of any known hazards or issues that could affect the project.
Unless otherwise agreed, materials may be supplied by either the customer or S&L Handyman Services LLC. We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailable or defective customer-supplied materials.
Any requested changes after work has begun may result in additional charges and may extend the completion timeline.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 30 days of project completion.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters.
Problems resulting from customer-supplied materials.
Existing structural, plumbing, electrical, or other hidden issues not visible during the original service.
Manufacturer warranties on products or materials remain the responsibility of their respective manufacturers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&L Handyman Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, illegal activities, or any situation that places our employees or property at risk.
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable advance notice. Cancellations made after our team has arrived may be subject to a service or trip fee.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
S&L Handyman Services LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will apply to all future services.
